INGREDIENTS

2litre and 500ml bottles
Carbonated Water, Sugar, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Lemon Fruit (from concentrate) (2%), Lemon Juice (from concentrate) (1%), Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates), Flavourings, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate, Sulphur Dioxide). CONTAINS SULPHITES.

330ml cans
Carbonated Water, Sugar, Lemon Fruit (from concentrate) (2%). Citric Acid, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Flavouring.

Fresh Lemon Thyme Lemonade

Ingredients

330ml can of Ben Shaw’s Cloudy Lemonade
Crushed ice
1 Lemon
Handful of lemon thyme
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

Method

Slice a really firm lemon into six.
Remove the stalks from a handful of lemon thyme and keep the small leaves.
Add the small thyme leaves and a teaspoon of granulated sugar to a 12oz glass.
Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon wedge into the glass.
Press the ingredients together gently with the end of a rolling pin to infuse the flavours.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Add Ben Shaw’s Cloudy Lemonade and gently pull through all the ingredients with a teaspoon to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the drink.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of lemon thyme
